Past Productions

Past Breaking String productions (Lyudmila Petrushevskaya’s "Cinzano" in 2006, "The Seagull"* in 2007, and "The Cherry Orchard"* in 2009) have featured some of Austin’s most celebrated performers, and have garnered B. Iden Payne and Austin Critics Table nominations for acting, directing, design, best production, as well as a special award for best new translation. Our company has been featured in the Austin Chronicle, Austin Live Theatre Blog, the Austinist, and the Moscow Times.
